The hotel was really clean with lots of drink and snack facilities, but it was too hot at times. The room, above the kitchen, was lovely and spacious, with some noise from kitchen systems. However, the trouser press, fan, and kettle had no apparent socket to plug into. The service was exceptional, with very friendly staff and a super breakfast. The evening meal from the bar menu was excellent value and well-prepared. The location was good, just a short walk to the beach and amenities, ideal for a relaxing break. Dining offered very good quality and plentiful options, though some meals were disappointing. Additional Details include a play area for children but limited seating for adults, free onsite parking, and a peculiar seating arrangement in the restaurant. Two positive aspects are friendly service and great location, while the negatives are noise from kitchen systems and disappointing dining experiences.

The location is excellent for road connections to local attractions and a stroll to the seafront, making it a convenient choice near town and surrounding areas like Brean. The dining experience, with freshly cooked and generous meals, was enjoyable, featuring a selection of local cold cuts. Overall, a stay possibility when in the area with various positives and slight negatives to consider.
